We are committed to responsible information handling practices and do not intend to use information included in your business plan for any purpose other than administering and otherwise implementing the NYCENT competition. However, neither we, nor any of the judges, staff or other participants are agreeing to non-disclosure agreements. By taking part in the competition, you agree that we do not assume any liability whatsoever for any disclosures of business plan information which may be made (inadvertently or otherwise) by any judge, staff member, or other individual connected with, participating in, or receiving information from or about the competition. In this regard, you should also recognize that we may receive many business plans and proposals, in some cases applying to similar markets and relating to similar businesses, and that we and other participants in the competition may in fact be engaged in similar markets or businesses ourselves.
Our Copyrighted Materials. The copyrights in all text, images, screens and other materials provided on this Site (collectively, the "Materials") are owned by us and/or by third parties. Except as provided below, none of the Materials may be copied, distributed, displayed, downloaded, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of us or the copyright owner. Unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and/or other regulations and statutes.
